Standby power conference in Mexico City

I was in Mexico City the week of September 24 to participate in a meeting of the North American Energy Working Group hosted by CONAE (the Mexican Energy Conservation Commission). The topic was standby power, and possibiliities for international, or at least North America, cooperation on standards and enforcement.

I stayed a couple of extra days with Rich Fassler and Alan Meier to explore Teotihuacan and Mexico City.
