Marilyn and I were in Spain mid-May. I gave two talks, one at the Instituto Internacional San Telmo in Sevilla, and one at the Future Trends Forum in Madrid sponsored by BankInter’s Fundacion de la Innovacion. As usual, I talked about energy efficiency and California, and was well-received.
Sevilla was beautiful, and exciting because their soccer team had just won the European championship. This is a view of the Sevilla cathedral tower from the Alcazar.
We also took a day trip to Cordoba, and were wowed by the Mezquita:
